Cole Licato - Founder & Owner
Cole founded Cole's Pet Care in 2022 with a mission to provide exceptional pet care services at an affordable price. What began as a passion project has grown into a trusted and expanding pet care company dedicated to delivering reliable, professional, and compassionate service to every client and pet.
As Founder and Owner, Cole oversees all aspects of the business, including daily operations, business development, long-term growth strategy, client experience, financial management, team leadership, and service quality. He remains actively involved in providing pet sitting and dog walking services, ensuring that every client receives the high standard of care on which the company was built.
Outside of the business, Cole is a senior at Prospect High School, where he serves in several leadership roles. He is a Drum Major of the marching band, leading and conducting the entire ensemble, serves on the Service Club Executive Board, and is a member of the National Honor Society Board. His leadership experience and commitment to service help shape the values and vision that drive Cole's Pet Care.
Alex Walczak - Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Alex serves as a key member of the leadership team and works closely alongside the Owner to support the company's operations and growth. Acting as second-in-command, he provides valuable insight, strategic support, and operational guidance while helping ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Alex is one of the company's primary Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers, delivering the dependable, high-quality care that clients have come to expect from Cole's Pet Care.
Outside of the business, Alex is a senior at Prospect High School, where he is a member of the golf team and actively participates in DECA, a competitive business organization. Through DECA, he has advanced to the state level, demonstrating strong business knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving skills that contribute to his role within the company.
